The Juvenile Dept. is located in Room 170 on the 1st Floor of the Circuit Court House. Juvenile files and records of the court are confidential and shall not be open to inspection, except by order of the Court or as otherwise expressly provided by law.

Juvenile Court is in session each day, Monday through Friday, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Hearings are not closed to the public, unless a request to do so is made in a certain case.

Please be advised, that the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is prohibited by law from rendering legal advice, restating the law or recommending specific ways to pursue legal action.
